These terms describe how SubLagbe works: what we sell, how you order, and what each side is responsible for.

1. What SubLagbe is

SubLagbe is an independent store based in Bangladesh that helps customers choose and activate AI subscription plans. We are not an official partner or authorized reseller of any brand named on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. How ordering works

· You choose a product and plan on this site and send us an inquiry through WhatsApp or Messenger.
· We confirm availability, eligibility for your account, the exact BDT price, and expected activation time.
· Only after that confirmation do we share approved payment instructions.
· We verify your payment independently, then complete activation through provider-permitted methods and send your receipt and order reference.

An inquiry click is not an order. Nothing is reserved or charged until we confirm and you pay.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The price shown on a plan page is the price we confirm with you before payment. If a price changes between your visit and our confirmation, we tell you the refreshed quote before you pay — you are never charged the old price silently.

4. Your responsibilities

· Provide accurate account details needed for eligibility checks (never passwords or OTPs — see our safety guidance).
· Use the activated plan in line with the provider's own terms of use.
· Pay only through the instructions we share from our official channel, and only after we confirm.

5. Our responsibilities

· Confirm availability and eligibility honestly before accepting payment.
· Fulfill only through provider-permitted methods.
· Provide a receipt and order reference for every paid order.
· Honor the refund and fulfillment policies published on this site.

6. Safety

We will never ask for your account password, OTP, recovery code, or card number. Anyone who does is not acting for SubLagbe. Report suspicious contact to us immediately.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Note: this policy is maintained by the SubLagbe team and reflects how the store operates today. It will receive a final legal review before launch.
